Hi! My grandfather is Mario Geyrozaga from cebu ( spanish blood). I heard that he removed the letter “y” in the name. Hence, we are all carrying the new name “gerozaga” in davao…His brothers also moved to Davao..

A reunion in Hawaii is very convenient for most Geyrozaga since most of us reside here, but Argao would certainly be a wonderful and memorable since it’s the place where Jose and Anastacia started all. Certainly, the Geyrozaga-Miyashiro will be there where ever the venue. Lyn-lyn and Ae-Ae, can you be the coordinator?

I spoke to my father, Primitivo (the fourth child of Jose & Anastacia) and mentioned about your father (Eduardo), grandfather (Cypriano), and your granduncle(Emeterio) and he remembered all of them. I also grew up in Argao and I believe I had the chance to meet your granduncle (Emeterio) when I visited Argao in 1989. I also believe I had a classmate in 1st grade named Ernalyn Pantinople from Canbanua. Ernalyn’s father was a police man and I think at that time her mother passed away leaving 6 children. Could she be your relative?

It is nice to know you. What are you doing in London? Could we visit you?

Mac Mac, I can probably provide you a photo of your great grandmother (Anastacia), but don’t have photo of great-grandfather Jose. Probably the Cagas sisters (Riafe,Em-em) might be able to provide you.

Oh by the way, we also have a nephew named Mac-mac (grandson of Francisco, the youngest son of Jose and Anastacia). I believe he resides in Cali also. He’s the brother of #12blog (Jeanice) & #6blog (Zairrah).
